This image was originally used in Life magazine to celebrate Ben Hogan's 1953 Open Championship win at Carnoustie from photographer Carl Nydans crouching down just inside the ropes only feet away from the larger-than-life golfer. It was captured at just the right time to capture Hogan's backswing. This poster is titled "Ben Hogan Now, As Then, The Name to Watch in Golf." 33 1/2" x 23 3/4" Contains a facsimile signature in the bottom right corner.
