Ryder Cup 1997 Valderrama Golf Club Bill Waugh Artists Proof #2 Porcelain Decanter
The 1997 Ryder Cup was held at the Valderrama Golf Club in Sotogrande, Spain. This marked the first time the cup was held Europe. The European team won the competition by a margin of 14½ to 13½ and retained the Ryder Cup, although it was not easy as the USA staged a comeback in the singles matches. Engraved is the Ryder Cup on the front and a scene from the course on the back. It measures 7" x 7 1/2" x 3".
