'Arnold Palmer For President' Mint Condition Pinback

Here we have a 3 7/8" in diameter button. In 1988, Golf Digest "endorsed" Arnold Palmer for President. This is an advertising pin from that "campaign." World Golf Hall of Fame member Arnold Palmer is a legend of golf. In 1964, Arnie won his fourth Masters Tournament. Arnie won 62 PGA and 10 Senior PGA tournaments. In the Majors, he won four Masters in 1958-1960-1962 and 1964; the US Open in 1960; and the British Open in 1961 and 1962. His impact on the game will never be forgotten, and it is no wonder he would garner endorsement for President. The button is in excellent condition and will add nicely to any Arnie collection.
