Walter Hagen LAST USED Personal Putter with Letter of Provenance from Chuck Kocsis
Marked on the back with '1938', 'Personal Club - Walter Hagen', and 'Emerick Kocsis - Chuck Kocsis'
Provenance letter reads as follows:
Dr. Bob Rosdick,
Dear Bob:
The Hagen International putter, Walter Hagen gave it to my brother Emerrick and Emerick gave it to me. Walter said it was the last putter he used in competition. The putter is marked on the back 1938, with Emerick Kocsis and Chuck Kocsis.

Hagen was one of the greats in the first half of the 20th century. His 11 Major wins trail only Nicklaus and Woods. Hagen was the first native-born American to win the British Open, doing so 4 times. Sir Walter also won the PGA Championship 5 times and the US Open twice and was ranked the 8th greatest golfer of all time by Sports Illustrated and Golf Digest.
