Vintage S'Vale Eagle Bramble Golf Ball
Offered here is a vintage Springvale Eagle rubber core golf ball produced by Hutchison Main & Co of Glasgow, they fought the great legal case against Haskell. They were taken over by the North British Rubber Co. in 1912. The golf ball is in good condition, showing slight loss of orange paint. On opposite sides is a white painted circle and another that reads S'Vale Eagle, on this series of balls as Springvale was too long. These were known as some of the most economical balls of their day due to durability. The color schemed ball sold for a 30% premium in its day. A ball in this good of condition would be a welcomed addition to any golf ball bidder's growing collection.
