Vintage R.G. Tyler Ball to Ball Wood/Metal Club
Upon lot inspection you will notice that this club is different than the others. The two-tone head is a result of the neck, sole, and rear of the club-head made of aluminum, with the rest being wood. "Ball to Ball" and "R.G. Taylor" is added to the crown in gold-tone writing. There is an additional lead weight towards the nose of the club. This "experimental" club is referenced on pg. 357 in 'The Clubmaker's Art' by Jeffrey Ellis - 2nd Edition Vol 1. 43."
