Turnberry Golf Club Guest Admit to Course, Clubhouse, & Clubtent Ticket #501 - Undated - Deane Beman Collection
Offered here is a guest admittance ticket #501 from the Turnberry Golf Club. The ticket comes in excellent, undated condition with the original string intact. After Turnberry was used as a military base and hospital during both World Wars, Mackenzie Ross redesigned the Alisa course in 1951. Turnberry has hosted 4 Open Championships, in 1977, 1986, 1994, and 2009, and is now owned by Donald Trump.
The Golf Auction will be on site this Tuesday through Sunday (July 31st - August 4th) at the 2019 National Sports Collectors Convention in Rosemont, Il. We will be accepting consignments, performing appraisals, and accepting bids. Stop by and say hello! We will be in Booth #1018
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, August 4th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
