Tom Watson Signed 1982 US Open Commemorative 58 Degree Wedge

In a dead heat with Jack Nicklaus for the 1982 U.S. Open Championship, Tom Watson sank an impossible chip shot from an embedded deep rough lie on the 17th hole. For good measure he birdied the 18th hole to win the Open notching sixth Major. Offered here is a 58 degree wedge commemorating that victory. Watson left his signature on the face of the nickel club, making this great club that much better.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.

Please note: This auction will end at 7:00pm EST on Sunday, August 6th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended
