Tiger Woods' Official 2000 US Open Pebble Beach Final Rd Scoreboard Sheet

Here we offer the colorful, historic official score sheet for the final round for Tiger’s triumph from the master scoreboard in the Media Center maintained by the USGA for each player. These show the individual scores for Sunday’s round. "Wire-to-wire" quickly sums up the happenings on the scenic coast of the Pacific Ocean at Pebble Beach, ending with a four round score of (-12) 272. The year 2000 was the peak of Tiger Woods dominance over the field, and the 100th U.S. Open was no exception, as Woods would win by the extremely comfortable 15 strokes. This became the most dominant performance by any golfer at a Major championship, leading after all four rounds.

At most formal golf tournaments, amateur and professional, there is a master scoreboard with every player's name and their scores posted hole-by-hole. The scores are either written by hand, or pasted in, either real time or after rounds are completed. These sheets are known as score sheets and they are usually immediately discarded after a tournament is completed.

Our consignor worked as the USGA media center technical director for 20 years and had fun pulling down the champions score before they went to video. This by far is the most coveted part of our consignor's collection that included scoresheets from Karrie Webb and Hale Irwin wins. As a bonus we have round 2 an 3 score sheet round one was discarded by the USGA because of square footage needed on the media center leader board.

Woods' first of US Open Wins This is that Sunday “score sheet” for his first win 2000 I worked as the USGA media center technical director for 20 years; I had fun pulling down the champions score before we went to video. Visually attractive score sheets it overall size of 12x50" each in excellent condition.
