Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, & others Signed Masters Yellow Litter Caddy Hat
Champions Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Phil Mickelson, Gary Player & five others added their name in black sharpie to this Masters Yellow Litter Caddy Hat with green script lettering of "Litter" in appreciation. Clifford Roberts had this to say about the litter project in his book THE STORY OF THE AUGUSTA NATIONAL GOLF CLUB, "When the Masters first began, a pickup crew was equipped with sharp steel-tipped sticks and told to stab and retrieve all pieces of litter immediately after they hit the ground. One of the golf writers cautioned his readers to never to drop paper cups where they stood, as they might get stabbed in the foot. Later we dressed all the clean-up crew in natty uniforms. I do not know if they ever stabbed any feet, but they did acquire a sense of pride in their uniforms and in keeping the course clean." The signed litter hat is a thing of the past as in 2009 the litter hats were changed to black in color virtually eliminating signed hats, this being the finest we have offered. Masters champs Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Phil Mickelson, Mark O' Meara, Vijay Singh, Larry Mize, Mike Weir, and Phil Mickelson, among others. Wear consistent of usage on the course is apparent, which just means that this original owner was doing a good job. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.

AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
Place your bids now as this auction will end at 9:00pm ET Sunday, November 15th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. When placing INITIAL bid, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
**If extended bidding goes pass midnight ET, The Golf Auction reserves the right to close the auction at any time. We recommend bidders place their maximum bids prior to that time. Thank you**
