Tiger Woods Signed 1ST Round Of Pro Golf Pairing Sheet/Program with Time Period Signature
Taking a couple days off of school and heading to the golf course to play in a professional tournament as a 16 year-old Sophomore in high school sounds like a dream many have had. For Tiger Woods in 1992 it was reality. Playing his first tournament on a sponsor's exemption at Riviera only a half of an hour away, Woods became the youngest male competitor in an official tour event that week. Here is the seldom seen pairing sheet for that event that captured the first tee time on TOUR for Tiger at the 1992 Los Angeles Open. With black printing it remains in very good condition, as illustrated in the lot pictures. While it was not a win, this tournament was truly Tiger Woods' coming out party on the professional level. More than likely some of his competitors that week knew that they had to get their wins then before Woods was on the Tour to stay. Taking this item to another level of collectability is the time period signature in black sharpie at the top of the pairing sheet placed by the already rising media star. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15-minute time period (at 10pm ET, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm ET
