Tiger Woods Signed 1996 Western Amateur Official Program
Only one month prior to Tiger Woods winning the 1996 Las Vegas Invitational to record his first of 82 professional victories, the 1996 Western Amateur was played. The 1996 tournament was very familiar to Woods, as he was victories just to years earlier in 1994. It was played in 1996 at Point O’Woods Golf and Country Club in Benton Harbor, MI. Opened in 1958 and designed by Robert Trent Jones, the course hosted the prestigious Western Amateur from 1971-2008 and again in 2019. Tiger Woods penned his name in black sharpies flawlessly on this program in the light colored bottom left corner for maximum presentation value. As many know Tiger Wood's signature changed numerous times over his career, sometimes in major ways, other times minor. Period signatures are sought after because they represent a time in which he was the top amateur in the world, yet not an international phenom...quite yet. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their FULL letter of authentication #BB52986 comes with this lot.

Place your bids now as this auction will end at 9:00pm ET Sunday, November 15th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. When placing INITIAL bid, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
**If extended bidding goes pass midnight ET, The Golf Auction reserves the right to close the auction at any time. We recommend bidders place their maximum bids prior to that time. Thank you**
