Steve Jones Signed 1996 US Open at Oakland Hills Flag JSA ALOA
It's always nice when you can pair an item from a major championship with the signature of the tournament winner himself. We have just that available in this lot, with a 1996 U.S. Open at Oakland Hills flag signed by winner Steve Jones. Jones signed the yellow flag in black Sharpie. A great signed item for any U.S. Open collector, or anyone looking to add a champion signed flag from a Major to their collection. Steve Jones was an eight-time winner on the PGA Tour, and the 1996 U.S. Open was his career triumph. He finished one stroke ahead of runners-up Tom Lehman and Davis Love III. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this autograph and their auction certification of its authenticity will come with this lot.
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, June 16th (Father's Day) with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
