Spalding Patent Hickory Golf Club Straightener

This lot features a hickory golf club straightener patented in 1928 by Spalding. Spalding produced many clubs around the turn of the century, the problem with the hickory ones being they had the tendency to bend. Spalding developed this device to slowly straighten them back out. The straightener is made of pine and presents in great condition with both straps in tact. This piece would add nicely to any hickory club collection. Measures 14" x 3 1/2"

Please note: This auction will end at 7:00pm EST on Sunday, December 11th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended
