Seve Ballesteros described the 1984 putt he made on the 18th hole at St. Andrews to win the British Open as "the happiest moment of my sporting life". Offered in this lot is a silk screened yellow flag that pays tribute to Seve's second of three Open championships (1979,84 and 88). The flag has been clearly signed with a "9 signature strength" ink penning by Ballesteros. A very scarce signed flag to find of the five time Major winner who passed away in 2011 at 54 years of age.
