Sam Snead Signed Personal Wilson Staff Sam Snead Tour Blade 1 Iron Reg EC4448
Sam Snead won more tournaments on the PGA Tour than any other golfer with 82, including seven Major championships. Snead finished as a runner-up at the US Open four times, and a win would have put him in the same class as Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Ben Hogan, Gene Sarazen, and Walter Hagen as the only golfers to complete the career Grand Slam in the post-Masters era. Presented here for bidders is Snead's personal Wilson Staff Tour 1 iron. Snead signed the face of the club in black marker. It comes in great condition and measures 40" to the heel.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
