Phil Mickelson Signed 2004 Masters Embroidered Flag

A moment not soon to be forgotten was Phil Mickelson's celebratory leap in the air on the 18th green with his putter and two arms straight up, donning his black Bearing Point visor and matching Ford sponsored shirt. The 2004 Masters Tournament was a memorable edition to say the least, with four-time winner Arnold Palmer saying his farewell to Augusta National after playing for 50 consecutive years and of course Phil Mickelson breaking through his first major championship. Mickelson would birdie on the 18th hole on Sunday to win by one stroke over Ernie Els. Here Mickelson leaves his signature on this 2004 Masters embroidered flag, with an ideal large exemplar in black Sharpie inside the logo. 'Lefty' has taken a liking to Augusta National, winning again at the 2006 and 2010 Masters, but there's nothing like you're first time, and this lot should command attention for a fan favorite like Phil. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
