Payne Stewart Signed 1999 US Open at Pinehurst No. 2 Flag
Who Can forget the 1999 US Open at Pinehurst , Phil talking with Payne on the 18th green about being a father and the putt made made to clich the tournament. This flag was signed just after the tournament and he signed it perfectly ....a "10" autograph right by the 18. This Flag comes with a FULL PSA letter for certain authenticity.
