PING Anser Scottsdale Ltd Ed Putter with Headcover & Labels on Sole & Grip
Offered here is a Ping Anser Scottsdale limited edition putter with a headcover. The putter comes in great condition and has a sticker on the sole as well as two shaft stickers. It measures 35" to the heel. Karsten Solheim, the founder of Ping, changed the putter as we know it in his garage in Redwood City, CA, creating putters that had weighted heels and toes as opposed to the blade or bullseye putters seen up until the 1960's. Weighting the heel and toe as opposed to the center made it so essentially the sweetspot was wider, thus improving putting greatly.
