Featured in this original painting by Jon Mardel is the first time 3-time Masters champion Jimmy Demaret. As popular of a figure with Hollywood celebrities as any golfers of his day, he played pro-am's as well as built personal friendships with his polarizing personality. In addition to making an appearance on the hit television show 'I Love Lucy,' the leading golfer released a series of 'Golf-to-Music' instructional publications. Jimmy Demaret won 31 times during his expansive 23 year career, with his three Masters Tournament wins making him the first three time winner. Siting buckets of colorful paint in his garage from his father's profession, Jimmy Demaret was known as the man with the pastel wardrobe. Image measures 15" x 20", frame 25" x 27". A letter of from PGA Historian Bob Denney will accompany this lot.

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
