Max Faulkner Signed 1951 Open Championship at Portrush Program - Mon & Tues
Fresh off his victory, the 1951 Open Championship winner has signed this Monday and Tuesday program cover. The blue ink signature shows some smudging, the program in excellent condition. He won 16 regular tournaments in Europe, including three Spanish Opens, with his last being the 1968 Portuguese Open at the age of 52. He also won the PGA Seniors Championship on two occasions. His greatest achievement was his victory in the 1951 Open Championship at Royal Portrush.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
