Mark O'Meara Signed 1999 OPEN Championship at Carnoustie Program with Pair Sheet
First it was the Masters, then came The Open. O'Meara claimed these two majors within a few months of each other. Presented here is a nicely signed 1999 Open program by cover subject and defending champion O'Meara, claiming victory in a playoff.
