Mark Brooks 1996 President's Cup Tiffany Co. Silver Cuff Links
On the heels of his PGA Championship in 1996, Mark Brooks was a member of the United States' victorious '96 President's Cup team. The U.S. squad captained by Arnold Palmer competed in what was the second Presidents Cup matches which were contested that year at the Robert Trent Jones course in Northern Virginia. Each member of both of the 12 player squads received the classically designed pair of silver cuff links which bear the logo of the Presidents Cup. This cuff links set from the Brooks collection comes with its original Tiffany bag and box. Each cuff link is verso stamped Tiffany Co.
We at The Golf Auction are proud to have the opportunity to represent Mark and Cynthia Brooks in the auctioning of items from their collection of golf books, art work and mementos assembled over a PGA career which began in 1983 and has encompassed a remarkable 799 career PGA tournaments. This great run of golf at its highest level has been highlighted by seven PGA Tour wins, his play as a victorious member of the 1996 United States Presidents Cup team, and of course his Major triumph at the 1996 PGA Championship.
