Lot of Two 1977 20th Annual Memphis Classic Tickets Signed by Al Geiberger

Al Geiberger was the first-ever player to shoot 59 on the PGA Tour. He accomplished the feat on June 10, 1977 in the Friday second round of the Danny Thomas Memphis Classic at Colonial Country Club. Starting on the 10th hole, the man who would become known as Mr. 59, had 11 birdies and an eagle on the par-72 course. Offered in this lot are two week long (season tickets #10590 and #10591) which were good for each day of the event including the history making Friday second round. Each of these two tickets remains in ex-mint condition with one of the two bearing a verso autograph from Chi Chi Rodriquez. Geiberger has added black sharpie autographs to each ducat with his now familar "Mr. 59" notation. James Spence Authentication provides a letter of authenticity with this lot.

Please note: This auction will end at 7:00pm EST on September 27th with extended bidding to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended
