Tiger Woods Signed 1999 Ryder Cup Cover
Tiger has signed the cover of this Ryder Cup commemorative issue program. Getting Tiger's autograph on anything has proven difficult to so many around the world, so being on this Ryder Cup edition is very nice. It was war for the Americans at Brookline CC in 1999, the 'Battle of Brookline'. While staging the largest comeback in Ryder Cup history, the Americans recaptured the cup when Justin Leonard halved his match with José María Olazábal. A moment that will undoubtedly last forever. This was also the last public appearance by Payne Stewart who would unfortunately pass away in that fateful crash less than a month later.
James Spence Authentication(JSA)has reviewed this signature, and their letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
