1987 Ryder Cup at Muifield Village American Flag Ceramic Trinket Box Gift 'From Jack & Barabara Nicklaus'
Named after Muirfield, Scotland, Jack had a vision to make his ideal course in the state that he grew up in. It was a success and has been host to The Memorial Tournament, as well as hosting the 1987 Ryder Cup. Nicklaus is known as a very patriotic individual, so hosting the Ryder Cup on this course meant quite a bit to him. This lot contains a gift from Jack and his wife Barbara Nicklaus in the form of a ceramic box with a heart pillow encased. On the bottom is the message that it is from them, as well as the maker Cybis and Muirfield Village Golf Club. It is 5" in diameter.
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, July 21st with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
