He is depicted on this work of international artist Bill Waugh appearing on a Bay Hill Invitational ( Arnie's Event) porcelain decanter. The bottom of piece notates that this item was crafted by Royal England Porcelain, and that it was a artist proof for Bill Waugh. Clear, precise black sharpie signature of Arnold Palmer has been strategically placed on decanter. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this Palmer signature, and their letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
