Willie Dunn Splice Neck Driver with Made by The Crawford MacGregor Co. Shaft Stamp


Willie Dunn Jr. was a professional golfer and golf course designer. Dunn was born around 1864 in Blackheath, London. His best U.S. Open finish was second in the 1895 U.S. Open. His best known golf course designs are those found at the Shinnecock Hills Golf Club and the Apawamis Club. His father, William Dunn Sr., was also a professional golfer. Willie Dunn Sr. had three top-10 finishes in the Open Championship. His best Open finish was seventh in 1861. Featured is likely the club of Willie Dunn Jr. crafted by The Crawford MacGregor Co. This club measures 44" to the heel.
