Jack Nicklaus Signed 1967 US Open Championship at Baltusrol GC Program


A 1967 US Open at Baltusrol program signed by the winner Jack Nicklaus is offered here for bidders. Noted for accuracy the front cover shows some paperloss to the top left and the back cover shows scuffs, please see photographs. Jack Nicklaus claimed his 2nd US Open title at Baltusrol, and set a new scoring record along the way, shooting a 275 and eclipsing Ben Hogan's previous record of 276. Arnold Palmer finished in 2nd place for the 4th time at the US Open, 4 strokes behind Jack. The 54 year old Ben Hogan also played in his last Major at the 1967 US Open.

James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
