1972 US Open Rules Committee Large Plate - Monterey Cypress Inlaid

The 1972 US Open was held at Pebble Beach Golf Links, and saw Jack Nicklaus capture his third US Open title, three strokes ahead of runner-up Bruce Crampton. When combined with his two US Amateur wins, it was his 13th Major, equaling Bobby Jones for most all-time. Presented here for bidders is a commemorative inlaid wood large plate from the rules committee. It is 14" diameter and comes in great condition.
