Billy Joe Patton was the low amateur at the 1954 Masters Tournament. Patton's 71 in the final round wasn't enough to send him to the playoff with Ben Hogan and Sam Snead, despite his hole-in-one on the 6th hole. Offered here is the cover of the August 20, 1954 Newsweek Magazine signed by Patton.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
