Arnold Palmer Signed January 9, 1961 Sports Illustrated Magazine Cover

Arnold Palmer, golf bag in hand, is depicted on this cover of Sports Illustrated from January 9, 1961. Palmer was named the magazine's Sportsman of the Year, and it could be easily said that he was the sportsman of a lifetime. His dedication not just to the sport, but also his philanthropic endeavors make it very clear he will be sorely missed. Palmer signed this cover nicely in black marker. The cover comes attached to a scrapbook page.
