H.G. Picard Signed 1993 PGA Cachet with 'PGA Champ from 1939' Notation

Henry "Pick" Picard was one of the top players of the 1930's winning the 1938 Masters and following up with an exciting overtime match triumph to defeat Byron Nelson in the final match of the 1939 PGA Championship. Offered here is a 1993 PGA Championship at Inverness cachet signed by Picard in black ink, along with the inscription "PGA Champion from 1939." Paul Azinger won his only Major in the second hole of a sudden death play off over Greg Norman at the 1993 PGA Championship.

James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.

Please note: This auction will end at 5:00pm EST on Sunday, March 4th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. Still the lowest rate among major golf auction houses, a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items is now in effect. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
