1989 AGW Annual Dinner Menu with Palmer as Guest of Honor & in Green Jacket - R&A
This Association of Golf Writers dinner menu from 1989 at Royal Troon is quite a unique piece as it is one of the very few produced items depicting images from Augusta National and The Masters in association with the R&A and Open Championship, not to mention Arnold Palmer. There is white-out covering two notations inside the menu, one noting who will be presenting the Golf Writers Trophy, and the other is who received the honor in 1988.
Please note: Our bidders have spoken, and we have listened to their wishes. With that in mind, this auction will end at 5:00pm EST on Sunday, January 28th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period.
Still the lowest rate among major golf auction houses, a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items is now in effect. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
