Walter Hagen Signed 1947 Hole-In-One Club Certificate
With 11 Major championships in his career, Walter Hagen made quite a name for himself in golf. His 11 Majors have him at 3rd all time, behind Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods. Offered here is a certificate from April 9, 1947 at a Huntington Beach course for a Hole-in-One. A W. C. Stanley made the feat on the 2nd hole at Huntington Beach, measuring 192 yards. The certificate has been signed nicely in ink by Hagen.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.

Still the lowest rate among major golf auction houses, a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items is now in effect. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
