Arnold Palmer Signed 1981 US Senior Open at Oakland Hills Program
Arnold Palmer claimed the second US Senior Open ever contested in 1981. Offered here is a program from the tournament in excellent condition. Making this stand out even more, Palmer left his signature on the cover in blue ink, an unusual signing choice for him. Arnie will always be remembered as one of the greatest golfers of all time, his charitable endeavors and conviction with which he played the game leaving a lasting mark on the game.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
Please note: Our bidders have spoken, and we have listened to their wishes. With that in mind, this auction will end at 5:00pm EST on Sunday, January 28th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period.
Still the lowest rate among major golf auction houses, a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items is now in effect. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
