You know this pin is from the Depression Era 1930's when a hyping point on the badge is that the PGA Pros are playing for $10,000. The Miami-Biltmore Open was one of the top events of the day, held each December. Veteran professional Willie Macfarlane showed he was still at the the top of his game in 1933 taking home that sizable,for the day,check. Offered here is the "diameter badge and original ribbon from the event. In top condition with its original pin back. This one grades a strong NR-MT. Pin has a 1 1/2" diameter and the ribbons length is 2".
