Bobby Jones & Tommy Armour July 9, 1931 Wire Photo
This wire photograph measures 5 1/2" x 9 1/4" and the back has the editorial marks and stamps expected. Bobby Jones and Tommy Armour are shown chatting at Inverness during the 1931 US Open. Jones retired from golf in 1930, while Armour, coming off his win at the Open Championship a month before, finished tied for 46th place at this tournament. Photograph is in excellent condition and will display well.
