Tom Watson Signed Turnberry Logo Golf Ball
Tom Watson leaves his signature here on this golf ball boldly in black marker. The Hall of Famer won eight Majors over his career to place him 6th on the all-time career Major list. Victorious a record 5 times at The Open Championship, the Turnberry logo golf ball here is from his 2nd Open title, outlasting Jack Nicklaus in the 'Duel in the Sun' in 1977. The reverse of the ball shows wear from previous display, though still presents very nicely.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
