1946 San Francisco Open Championship Program Signed by Byron Nelson
Here we have a program from the 1946 San Francisco Open. This program is in good condition, showing some rust at the spine from the staples. Byron Nelson has signed this cover of this program at the top right in black marker. Nelson is best remembered for his 1945 season, when he won 18 tournaments, including 11 consecutively. His 52 career tournament wins include two Masters victories, two PGA Championships, and a U.S. Open title. This program will display well.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
