1966 Golf Magazine All America Press Kit - Three News Releases, Magazine, and Photo Sheet
Here we have a press kit of sorts from the 1966 Golf's All America announcement. Yearly, Golf Magazine would construct a ballot of the best golfers and their most proficient clubs, to be elected by a pool of 400 sportswriters. In 1966, the following were elected, with their exceptionally played clubs:
Jack Nicklaus - Driver
Al Geiberger - Fairway woods
Arnold Palmer - Long Irons
Doug Sanders - Middle Irons
Gene Littler - Short Irons
Gay Brewer - Pitching Wedge
Julius Boros - Sand Wdge
Billy Casper - Putter
Offered here is a Golf Magazine, photo sheet, and three press releases from the 1966 Golf's All America.
