Fred Haas Jr. Signed Cut with 1945 Memphis Invitational Program
The Memphis Invitational Tournament was played at the Chickasaw Golf Club. In 1945 Byron Nelson was going for his 12th straight PGA Tour win at the Memphis Invitational, where he ran into Fred Haas Jr, who won by 5 strokes. Nelson finished in 4th place, 6 strokes behind. This lot features a program from the tournament as well as a postcard signed by Haas in blue ink.
