George Nicoll Scotland Hand Forged 2 Iron
Here we have a George Nicoll 2 iron that measures 33 3/4" from end to hosel. Nicoll was a blacksmith by trade, and in the 1880s he started making hand forged irons. Well known golfers such as Henry Cotton, Brian Huggett, Dai Rees, and Vivien Saunders used his clubs. The Nicoll family distributed the clubs worldwide unitl 1982, owned now by St Andrews Golf Company.
