Lanny Wadkins Signed Ryder Cup at Oak Hill Flag w/Captain 95 Notation
Here we have a flag from the Ryder Cup at Oak Hill signed by the captain and 1977 PGA Championship winner Lanny Wadkins. The 1995 Ryder Cup matches saw the European team defeat the American team 14 1/2 to 13 1/2 at Oak Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York. Wadkins signed the flag in black marker and left the notation "Captain '95" with his signature.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
