Unmarked Golf Trophy with Clubs and Golf Balls - with Stand
This lot presents an incredible unmarked golf trophy. Research into the bottom stamps revealed the maker to be S. Blanckensee & Son Ltd. The business was established in Bristol by Abraham Solomon Blanckensee in 1826 and was converted in 1887 into a limited liability company under the style S. Blanckensee & Son Ltd. The trophy has golf clubs along the stem and golf balls on the base. Stands 6" tall and has a maximum width of 3 1/2", with stand it adjusts to a height of 7 3/4" and width of 4"
