Lot of Three Golf Ball Boxes - Jones at Winged Foot, Whiting, & Clubhouse Depictions
This lot features three golf ball boxes that represent a moment in golf history, a clubhouse scene, and a box with an Oliver Whiting saying. The following boxes are included:
'Jones Tying Putt' at Winged Foot - Depiction of Bobby making a tie against Al Espinosa to force a playoff in 1929. Includes a note inside box describing the very scene it depicts
'Behold the Golfer' Golf Ball Box - Oliver Whiting Saying depicted on top of box
MacGregor Golfer and Caddy with Clubhouse in background - Includes two ball markers inside, one from Westwood Country Club
Boxes come to you in good condition, each shows signs of aging. The MacGregor box shows wear along the borders. Please reference photos for more detail.
