Sam Snead Signed 1966 'Greenbrier's Sam Snead Teaches Golf' 24 Page Booklet

Sam Snead first came to The Greenbrier in 1936, and his name has been synonymous with the resort ever since. The 'Sam Snead Festival', a 36-hole Pro-Am golf tournament, is held each spring to honor his legacy. Sam won the 1952 West Virginia Open at The Greenbrier in 1952. One of the top players in the world for most of four decades. Snead won a record 82 PGA Tour events including seven majors. He was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1974, and received the PGA Tour Lifetime Achievement Award in 1998. Here in this lot we have a booklet from 1966 presented by Firestone. The "Greenbrier's Sam Snead Teaches Golf" booklet measures 5" x 7" and Snead signed the cover in bold black marker.

James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature, and their letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
