Alexander's Patent Wooden Golf Sand Tee Mould - Rare

This is the one tee mould that every serious collector is looking for, the Alexander wooden sand tee mould. This is the first patented sand tee mold, circa 1890. Mould is in excellent nr-mnt condition and has a 1 1/4" base diameter, and stands 1 1/2" tall. This would be a centerpiece of any tee collection, and the first of its kind we have offered. Previously sold Sand Tees are usually brass, or have the plunger, but his example predates them all. A rarity to locate, and even more so to find a part of golf history in this excellent condition.
