1967 The Ike Golf Championship 2nd Place Team Sterling Bowl - Sponsored by The NEWS
This lot features an incredible sterling silver 2nd place trophy from The Ike Golf Championship in 1967 at Wykagyl Country Club in New York. The tournament was founded in 1953 by Daily News sportswriter Dana Mozley and runs to this day under new sponsorship. Jerry Courville Sr took 1st place in 1967, while Denny Lyons snagged this trophy.
