1983 Masters Tournament Gift - Gerber Steak Knives in Original Box with Notes
Around 1980 in addition to the yearly Player gift (which the Augusta National presented since the 1946 Masters) the club also began the practice of presenting gifts to the media covering the event. Offered here is the 1983 gift which was a six piece Gerber steak knife set in a presentation box. These knives were given to compliment the cutlery set that was given the year before. Very nice lot for your Masters collection.
